Norwegian Cruises

Norwegian Cruise Line, known for diverse cruise experiences, sought to enhance the booking process for its older clientele, primarily aged 55 and above. My role involved developing a more accessible digital experience, leading to improvements in both internal product features and website functionality.

The Journey

Upon joining Norwegian Cruise Line, I focused on reviewing existing research and contractor efforts to identify gaps in the booking process. I participated in brainstorming sessions that facilitated the creation of wireframes and prototypes, and worked on various app components, including checkout, profile creation, and accommodation options. I also made enhancements to the website, including price comparison and checkout features.

Final Results

Although I did not see the final version of the internal product, my contributions led to significant improvements in the booking experience, creating a more modern and automated process for future clients. Key features I developed remain in use today, enhancing accessibility for the target audience.
