I've spent the last 15 years designing and leading products across SaaS, enterprise, and consumer platforms. Most of my work lives at the intersection of complex systems, business constraints, and real user needs.
I'm often brought in when problems are ambiguous or messy, helping teams align around what actually matters, shape product strategy, and build systems that scale over time. Along the way, I've led initiatives that improved conversion, operational efficiency, and team workflows.
I work best at the intersection of product strategy and team building, where the design challenge and the org challenge are the same problem. I've led teams through platform pivots, zero-to-one builds, and acquisitions. I care about leaving systems and people better than I found them.

I also overhauled the design system using Shadcn, aligning teams around a scalable foundation and improving workflow efficiency by 60%. Most recently, I redesigned the dashboard from near-zero interaction to 62% engagement increase, measured by Pendo, work that leadership is now proposing as the platform homepage.
